After growing up in the Title Insurance industry and working every single position, Brooke took a leap of faith the day after she gave birth to her son, Wilkes “Wilkie” Chang and took on a Title Company in order to bring her vision to life. Brooke worked 10+ years as a consultant for several successful local title agencies, and felt no one was client-focused to the point of offering to educate or advocate for consumers. In addition to that, she could not find a Title Representative that had enough knowledge to assist Realtors and Brokers throughout the transaction from start to finish – and even beyond; i.e. Claims, Affiliated Business Arrangements, Business Partnerships.  Brooke has pledged to provide a seamless experience to Clients and Realtors/Brokers alike. Brandy Valentin

Lead Escrow Officer → Orlando Office

Brandy is know as one of the Greater Orlando’s Best Closer and Escrow Officer. She spent the last 22 years perfecting her craft with some of the Top Reatlros and Brokers – all of whom are in the top 10% of production in Florida. Brandy takes pride in her customer service and communication skills. She, much like Brooke Landow Chang, has worked every single position in Title Insurance – and she is a BOSS when it comes to Curative Matters. Jillian Howard

Lead Operations; Post-Closing & Finance Department

Jillian is our “Jack (or Jillian)-of-All-Trades” and is our secret weapon here at Apex Title Services! She is self-taught in every aspect of title – she even gives lifetime title professionals, like Brooke, a run for their money when it comes to the day to day operations. She can assist clients, realtors, and works closely with our underwriting and finance professionals. She has perfected start-ups in this industry by creating Standard Operating Procedures in every aspect of title and escrow disbursement – and in SEVERAL states! Jillian has also taken the lead on maintaining our operations in regards to customer service. If you are a Realtor or Broker that plans on becoming our Partner, Jillian will provide an onboarding training to help minimize any communicative mistakes and provide you and your clients with a tailored experience. Paula Collins

Lead Closer → Winter Haven Office

Paula Collins is a Title & Escrow Veteran here in Florida! Paula is known as one of the best Customer Service professionals in the Orlando and Winter Haven area. Paula has nearly 30 years experience in this industry – and has taught Brooke everything she knows!  She is our mentor here at Apex Title Services; and on top of being the best Closer and Escrow Officers in our area, she also happens to be one of warmest and most sincere people you have ever worked with. When Brooke decided to take this leap on her own – Paula was right there and ready to make this vision come to life. Paula is the person that helped pave the foundation for the team-members to build off of. Paula has the innate ability to make Realtors and Brokers feel like her best friend; which is crucial through those tricky transactions.
